Applications for review of decisions made by federal government departments and agencies, such as:
- Centrelink decisions, such as to reject a claim, cancel a payment or raise and recover a debt (Second Reviews in the AAT)
- NDIS decisions, such as decisions by the NDIA to approve a statement of participant supports or that a person does not meet the access criteria

If you need help with another type of case, Linda may be able to refer you to another practitioner.
Linda is able to visit clients in supported accommodation, aged care, hospital or gaol.
Legal Aid Matters
Linda has been appointed to the Civil Law, Summary Crime and Mental Health panels of Legal Aid NSW. Linda welcomes referrals of clients who may be eligible for a grant of Legal Aid.
